Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zero Putts Given Golf, all products are custom-printed to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we have the following return policy:

Quality Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly replace or refund items that are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or misprinted
  • Incorrectly produced (wrong size, design, or product)

Reporting Issues If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at zeroputtsgiven89@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective item
  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items Due to our made-to-order production process, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color variations (slight differences may occur between screen displays and printed products)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Replacements For verified quality issues, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Original items do not need to be returned unless specifically requested.

Refunds Refunds for defective items are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the issue is verified.
